New moon circle, sacred cacao, and Medicine music.

Join us in taking a mid week pause, reflect, reconnect with Self and set loving intentions for the upcoming festive season, supported by the energies of the new moon, heart opening cacao, intentional ceremony and healing live music.

The evening will include sharing of the sacred cacao drink, altar offering, meditation with live music, intention setting, and sharing circle.

We will be consuming organic cacao which Fabiola has brought from her recent trip to Mexico, sourced from a plantation with over 50 ancestral species of cacao. The cacao plantation has been stewarded for 10 generations according to native customs and traditions, honouring nature and the cosmic cycles.

Cacao is considered a sacred plant by the Mayan people and is known for its heart opening qualities and numerous health benefits.

The circle will be facilitated by Fabiola Barba, artist, healer and creator of sacred ceremonies. Of Mexican and native Anahuac heritage, Fabiola brings her cultural and spiritual heritage, customs and traditions to create an authentic and sacred space of connection with our highest self, opening the heart for healing and transformation.

Live music will be provided by Sol Heartman. Sol is a singer/ songwriter of uplifting healing songs and music.
